Returns Policy

In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for an exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs..

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which must be within the agreed geographical area. Orders are carried out by La Poste via COLISSIMO, a tracked delivery service, with or without signature upon receipt. Delivery times are given for informational purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. The company 78ISL may provide the buyer with the tracking number of the package by email. The buyer is delivered at home by their postal carrier. In the event of the buyer's absence, they will receive a delivery notice from the carrier, allowing them to collect the ordered products from the nearest post office, within a timeframe specified by the postal service.

Transport-related risks are borne by the buyer from the moment the items leave the premises of the company 78ISL. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the postal worker or delivery person, the condition of the packaging and the contents upon delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any complaint must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
